NTEK went to .18 in 2013 with NO AUDITS. We all know
and in fact NTEK readily admitted in just the last SHL
the huge reason for the stock
declines as big as they have been is mainly because of the
DILUTION and the BAD TOXIC DEBT deals they got
into.
Now they have a plan to get 80% of the Toxic Debt
taken care of and as revenues continues to rapidly increase
and DILUTION comes to and end the stock will move
back to fair mkt cap valuation of 1X, 2X , 3X its annual revs.
