Re: Krisandtilly #52381
Completely agree K&T. My previous failed R/S investments were all OTC. My 1st thoughts when I saw reverse split in the PR were negative. But after thinking things through, I realized that NTEK is different that a typical speculative OTC company. NTEK is a real company with real revenue (in the millions each quarter) and partnerships with some of the biggest companies in the world.
We had too many shares out, so in our case, I think R/S can be a good thing. It should change the perception of the company. Especially to potential new investors.
Very different perspective to a potential new investor: Example based on a 10:1 reverse split:
scenario 1: An investor looking at a company today where we have approx 1.8 million shares out and a share price of 1/4 of 1 cent.
scenario 2: looking at a company with 180,000 shares out and a share price of 2 1/2 cents.
I believe scenario 2 looks more attractive to potential new investors.
So yes...I think maybe its time for an R/S to work in my favor.
