This action / non-action by the SEC gives the go ahead to private LAW Firms...with the SEC "approval" due to limited personnel of oversight of the system ... Now the "consumers have a fighting chance because the SEC has Open the Doors that "The Big BOYS' has tried to keep closed for a very long time.. look for more in the days ahead... as Wall Street gets shaked down by the SEC....It's coming with no mercy...
