New Secretary will appointed to AGIJ - Sasa Vasilevic was retained as new secretary 

AGIJ is in default with Nevada annual fee. This will be remedied with the appointment of new Secretary. 

AGIJ expects to bring status to YIELD by Friday or Monday latest on OTC Markets
