The 10k for 2015 will be due within 2 months approx. So its fair to think that before april 15th approx the company should be up to date by then for q1- which was likely finished last April. Q2 likely finished in July. And q3 likely dec area.

Bottom Line: the Q's will start coming imho less then 10 days. They probably space them out and bring announcements out as well. It appears that this current management will have less communications then we have had in the past. So I would not expect a plethora all at once. Likely that we will see a few over the next 2 to 4 weeks.
