Hi Nick and welcome aboard here!
While I've also heard Transhare Corporation out of Colorado has been TPAC 's TA, I've been told it costs the company $100-150 for each inquiry so with that I can understand why a company wouldn't want to waste money in having its TA respond to anyone and everyone who should call. However, I do believe if one is a shareholder with a legitimate concern, the TA is open to respond.
