Please point out how gun show loopholes and the terrorist watch list loophole, RE background checks, are 'bricks' in any attempt to abrogate the 2nd Amendment or take away guns.

Why is the phrase 'well regulated' NOT applicable to hand guns?

Seems like a reasonable inference to me.
