Yes, an uplist is the only thing that will make an R/S palatable, but I don't think an uplist is tied to this. SHL says limit future share growth not stop future share growth. This tells me there will be future dilution.

What effect are these private placements having on financials? We never hear about the terms of these.

I read others saying the company might do this, or the company might do that, or they might already have this, or they might already have that. This management team really hasn't proven themselves when it comes to financial decisions.
