Coujoe62, I think the paid bashers have under estimated not only managements wherewithal and resilience but its integrity and determination. As we all know one cofounder Mike Jaynes is a retired attorney with 20 plus years in practice. As a state employee, Assistant Public Defender to Tennessee Supreme Court he made many friend. As the toxic debt lawsuit unfolds (my personal opinion) KBM would be foolish not to settle before 3 May, 2016. Just because KBM settles the suit don’t mean management can’t go after these bashers.
There are really 2 issues at hand; first being (FINRA) violation of usury law and second being (SEC) violation of stock manipulation. Hangover Joe’s management has selected a knowledgeable proven legal team capable of dissecting KBM’s ill intent.
