Right off the bat Republicans are making ahistorical claims. Do any of these Republican dumb asses EVER check anything? C'mon Chuck, use the f*ck'n Google Machine! Watch every nominee make the same claim tonight.
Obama will nominate a surprisingly moderate federal judge, who will be endorsed by the ABA and some conservatives, and Republicans will say no. It will b apparent to everyone that it's the usual blind obstruction, and Dems will appropriately use it to campaign on.
