Madam Wang — Wang Rui — is part of the investment group which put $15.95 million into CELH last April. She built Red Bull in China to over $5 billion in annual revenues, and will be leading with Celsius as part of her new company's distribution network in China.

This may account for the heavy volume we saw on Friday. Someone bought a boatload of shares, while sitting on the bid, at $1.70.
