Absolutely. Their intentions are to BK the company or get it de-listed. Therefore there would be no need to cover the shorts.
Some idiot said there were 356 M plus ! I think that number is high but who knows.
You have posted several times links and stories that NSS quietly goes on behind the scenes.
I have posted a link proving there is no exact method to measure the NSS, yet the majority use the FTD. The come back is always a different interpretation of what it says in reality to what it does.
