If the board here has continually blamed the shorts and MM's for manipulating the pps, why not use the RS as an opportunity to take them out of play as much as possible?
If ntek is going after new, large scale investors, don't you think they see the pinks as a risk and would see stability through a higher exchange to protect their capital?
Everything in an RS is on a ratio, so valuations are maintained - might as well put us in a position to where we can up list easier as opposed to needing some multiple of pps appreciation to get to the threshold. After that, our pps is a reflection of our market valuation - one that is a function of revs and profits, not the puppet-string control of the MM's.
