Interesting after exhaustive researching through Mexico's legal court cases and documents I am not able to locate any evidence concerning an active or current court case between bgl and MSJ. I am concerned though that this information is being reported in the company's financial filings as being an active and or current court case. There have been many companies in the past that have doctored up their financial filings conditions of their company in order to make it appear solvant when in reality that was not really the case. Remember the Enron stock scandal? Majority served either prison or committed suicide. Sometimes greed makes people do things they don't want to do or they know is illegal .
