BRWC Local taxes from years showing a balance due only have penalties going as far as April, most years it's the late date in March. I suspect that these have been paid because there is no record of penalties for the rest of these years and susequent years do not reflect unpaid balances. Tax reporting on the local level is sometimes ...well complicated. Some years the school relevy reached as much as 38k, other years it wasn't even posted. The levy schedule also shows very high water and sewer rates...too high? Ahhh local government
