Because I do believe we may not see any revenue on this 10-K. That may not occur until Q1 10-Q. So the bashers will have a field day when the 10-K comes out but the pps will have already come down from the share structure confusion. So we may hang out around 0.0025-.0030 until some of the anticipated news is released. We still need the correct numbers on the share structure clearly stated. If the last 8-A is correct then so be it. It has to be if it's been filed.
