Actually, I think the remaining Republican field will dig it up and throw it at Trump, heedless of what that would do to him for the general election.

Roy, I believe you're making the same mistake Republicans made in '08 and '12. You underestimate the Republican opposition and over rate Republican appeal to voters and their competence in national elections.

There's no empirical evidence to warrant Republican comfort in doing either.
