Look at the date on the letter from their attorney. The shares were sold before the attorney ever notified the TA of the conversion. On the notes it is hand written "To be processed through Alpine", The notes were delivered to Scottsdale Capital. Alpine got debited for the shares. Alpine says they didn't do it. So who did ? Those are the shares they are looking for.
