On Monday (or Tuesday due to the holiday), the following will occur:
1. Dustin Johns will buy $500K more Series H shares;
2. International Infusion will buy more Series E shares; and
3. Amarantus will purchase $250,000 worth of Series E shares from Dominion and $250,000 worth of Series H shares from Magna.
