my thoughts are that Ntek addressing pps in shl the recapitalization plans are more than meets the eye...IMO. There is going to be a share reduction which with the right news and fins we may well see what all longs have been waiting for a reversal and north bound pps...these guys have calculated every scenario ...and this is the best way to go...one assurance I got is they're in it to win it...long term everything now going into phase 2
