Well, I wouldn’t worry that much. Most probably a President Trump would be briefed by the Joint Chiefs on contingencies, capabilities, costs and consequences.
Whereupon he would go all ‘Emily Litella’ with….. “never mind”.
On the other hand, the head of the Joint Chiefs might be Gen. 'Buck' Turgidson.
