I think NTEK has either come up with or is in the process of developing a plan on how to roll out the next evolution of the company.
It would not be smart to plan an R/S without some mechanism to not only retain, but to also create share holder value.
It will be very interesting to hear what the company has planned....they have executed fairly well on their plans so far, with some hiccups for sure, but all and all, not bad.
Hopefully they will be able to execute as well on the next phase....
