I agree, it is Amazing News for BRWC, Francine the CEO, the Arab investors and St. Ellie, but not for shareholders. Boreal doesn't have cash on hand sufficient for operations and will rely on 'share placements' for funding. All debt holders have collateral interest in Boreal's assets. Dilution continued last quarter over 200 million plus shares. Both mortgages are delinquent and property taxes are unpaid. This additional loans will result in further dilution.
