I don't have access to my L2 ATM, but I can see basic bid/ask volume indicators. Seems to be small trades occurring to drive this down to 11, are they hoping to get people to sell into those 11mil bids?

Are these new tactics since their bashing success seems to have dwindled? Just looking for some of you extremely knowledgeable folks to give me a better understanding of whats happening.
