I don't know how you get that from my post.

I'm saying NTEK is going to REDUCE the
A/S sometime after the R/S and they may
even do a BUYBACK around this time next
year if Revs come in about $15M-$20M for
Q4 2016 which is my current estimate.

However I also do think NTEK will need to
dilute further after the R/S, but by how much
will depend a lot on how much revs they
got out of Q4 2015.

But down here at .0023 and a mkt cap of
$4M I believe the market has already priced
in anymore dilution. we'll see.
