We will all find out together. 
All I know is all shares have to be counted because all certificates have to be collected via the TA to retire to the State of registration in which CRGP got its Articles of Incorporation from.
And since there is no more TA to collect the certificates....that only leaves one option. A FEDERAL JUDGE
