Correction. The company is not done with it's raising of capital from the form D. They are have 100K raised with 300 K to go.
The preferred stock acquisition that closed is Christopher Petzel buying out Bob Atwell with a condition that all of Bobs shares be retired and debt owed by Emaji be cancelled.
And the company has 100K raised from private investors.
