The NTGL distribution will be based off the share structure as of Feb 8th 2015. They can't change that. IT WOULD BE ILLEGAL!! People keep suggesting that this distribution of shares is going to change. It can't change because this is a legal agreement that has already been documented. They can't change the terms as they see fit. People (myself included) purchased shares prior to the split based on the share structure at the time.
