Yes, that is normal. I see the "K's" released after hours on the final day of the extension all the time... it's "normal" in the OTC. What's interesting is that I've seen MANY miss the extended deadline, with no ramifications whatsoever, as long as they get it in within another week or 10 days; after that OTC Markets' site starts to penalize them with Yield, Stop, or Skull and Crossbones.
