And why not release the 10K? I thought the filing guidelines go by calendar days. So then it has to be by the 15th and that is Monday. But the market is closed on Monday. So it will be another bad sign if released after today and if the 10K shows that he misguided or lied to us. That would have a lot of people stewing, pissed off, and nothing they could do about their shares until Tuesday.....
