People keep commenting that the RS affects the shareholders negatively. The one thing to remember is that the employees of NTEK are all shareholders. Most of them have ten's of millions of shares and some probably have hundred's of millions of shares. In theory a RS should do nothing to reduce shareholder value. Continued dilution is what truly affects the value of the pps, and for the right reason dilution can help the shareholder in the long run (what dilution funds are used for).
