Since we are already close to maxing out A/S at current
O/S and they clearly are going to need to dilute some
more with what they have announced,
only the O/S will be R/S.
A likely scenario will be 1/10 R/S to 175M O/S then
they Dilute to about 350M O/S then they REDUCE
A/S to 1B and announce a Buy Back of about 50M
in about a yr.
they can announce REDUCING the A/S
in conjunction with a BUYBACK after the Revs come
rolling in bigtime in Q4 2016.
