I remember the SWT discussion. I just chalked it up to just another deal that didn't happen. I still can't believe George would do a true merger in China. I am yet to hear of a deal between a U.S. and a Chinese company whereby the Chinese company didn't have at least 51% control, including very large companies.
I just don't see George giving up control.
