The question that needs to be answered without ambiguity is, "what exactly have have they spent the proceeds of the 1 billion shares on". Paramount was prepaid and was only a fraction of the funds raised via dilution, what was the rest used for up through Jan 28th?
It's imperative the company detail this prior to any additional dilution. If they don't do this or refuse to do this, you can EXPECT further non transparency, regardless of what they preach, and thus a pps that will sink back into oblivion.
Shareholders have supported NTEK almost to a fault. NTEK is about to dilute us even further, they need to show loyalty to shareholders now and be honest almost to a fault.
If NTEK starts to practice what they preach, I expect investor confidence will return and the pps will respond accordingly. That however is yet to be seen.
