OK I'm just going to say it. Pure speculation.... why don't they want to pr anbounce the completion of the merger, introduce new president and talk about future plans.... it would definitely start a run. The only reason a company doesn't want share price up is if they are going to buy back. Again just a thought but I can't come up with another reason not to pr
