PR is like news on prnewswire stuff it comes out as news.
We could probably make a newswire post for TALK.
That would start the short covering imo
It's weird that investors got all the info, confirmation, revs, etc... but the pps goes down
TALK seems to do well between news releases because of the "sell the news" mentality.
