I plan on buying at the open. With the RS news out of the way, it will have a chance to run for a bit now that the news is out in the open and also because dilution seems to have slowed for the time being. In other words the bad news is priced in and has been for quite some time. There is no more mystery to what is going to happen.
Long term? This is terrible news. But short term I think there is an opportunity here. No way the company wants to RS at .002. My guess is they try to get it up in the .004-.005 range before the RS takes place.
In fact this may even be green at the close tomorrow.
