In June management retired a bunch of restricted shares from the OS //////
Effective June 22, 2015 the Company reduced the number of common shares of the Company by a total of 778,952,234 common shares. These common shares are being removed from the outstanding shares of the Company effective June 22, 2015.////////I'm guessing this is where the mistake was made and most of these shares are still in the OS .This number does not effect the public float .just my theory
