Remember UF @ 1M users is $60M annual run rate EASY
and all of NTEK trades for $4.7M right now and after
the R/S NTEK will STILL be at a $4.7M mkt cap !
Only If NTEK dilutes further after the R/S will the
mkt cap increase assuming no change in stock price.
In other words NTEK could DOUBLE the O/S
and the mkt cap would only be $9.4M for a company
that is headed towards $60M revs EASY within a year.
