Management has failed in not getting the audits done. If audits had been done then a RS to jump us out of the pinks would be more palatable. Funding for audits was supposedly accomplished over two years ago. And here we sit with none. They need to finish up the audits immediately. And where are the NTGL audits? I've done many audits myself and the continual delay can no longer be justified. It is now over a year since the NTGL was separated from NTEK but yet we as shareholders are still in the dark regarding the distribution and audit.
