They are talking about future shareholders, they are shitting all over us initial shareholders. Here is some math. If someone purchased 10k worth at .10 cents they have 100,000 shares.
If they do an 5:1 R/S they have 20,000 shares. The shareprice would need to climb over 50 cents to breakeven. The shareprice would start at .0125 after the R/S assuming no dilution and nobody sells.
If they do an 10:1 R/S they have 10,000 shares. The shareprice would need to climb over $1.00 to breakeven. The shareprice would start at .025 after the R/S assuming no dilution and nobody sells
The almost have to do a 20:1 split which gives that same person 5,000 shares and starts the shareprice at .05 assuming no dilution and nobody sells. But in this case the shareprice needs to reach $2 to break even (no profit)
