It absolutely matters! If they do a 20:1 or 50:1 RS it gives NTEK that much more room to then continue to raise the Authorize shares and continue to dilute!!!!! Rinse and Repeat! I've seen this kind of action with many other Stinky Pinky's! A RS isn't always bad yes, but many times in the OTCBQ it's a crushing blow!
