The RS was a given. Everyone was warned 300% higher ago. That being said, because the stock has fallen so much, especially the past month, this may be a one of the few cases where a RS announcement won't tank the stock right away. If, IF they can come out with some decent news to go along with it.
The RS was expected and pretty much priced into the stock at this point. Longer term? Who knows. Depends on how much they start diluting again.
Shame of it is they should have held off a while to let the stock recover some. Dilution has slowed and the chart was looking good. Looked set to rebound.
But, you can't expect much from these people at NTEK. I saw first hand at the SHM how little they know about stock management.
