PC my ass. Republicans are the only ones who get called out by the musicians because the musicians simply don't like their music associated with certain political people/positions. Their right, their legal right.

Isn't Peter Townshend is a conservative? I'm sure he wouldn't mind if you played some of his stuff.
Randy Newman is probably a liberal, but a lot of his satirical stuff represents the views of conservatives. Use his stuff. My guess is that he wouldn't mind and could actually appreciate the irony. "It's Money That I Love", "Rednecks", and "Political Science" come to mind.
