When all is unveiled and the march to the Nazdaq starts it's going to be of epic proportions! With all that we know thru DD and what we're being told Im looking for a non stop march straight to 5 bucks!!! A 1 billion dollar financial package are you kidding me??? GTF outta here!!! AS increased last year from 400,000,000 to 800,000,000 then settled with 1,400,000,000 > OS is almost exhausted with Majority being restricted shares!! Only 142,842,286 available that can be used for? More restricted??? If so then we're looking at over a billion restricted with only the float to trade which is locked up by investors!! When all comes to fruition QLTS is going to BLOW SKY HIGH!!!
