Guys, this is my first post - I do follow the board religiously though. I have been a shareholder for over 3 years (approx 2 mil) and my take on this whole thing is simply this:

First of all - Great job on exposing this!!! I have never lost faith but felt cautious about my investment maybe not panning out because I feel this is a great company with tremendous followers (just read the posts and it is evident).

The FAA has to do damage control so first they clean house. Baltia's next move should be - "Hey, according to documents, we "passed" Mini #3 and then had to spend $xxxx for the next four unnecessary tests. Our thought is a) give us a pass and we forget what you owe us for the other four tests or b) the next ___ tests that are needed to get that pass are free."

My knowledge is not aviation but as a business person you always try to right a wrong however you can without causing too much of a disturbance. The way things are going for the FAA and anybody else caught up in this, I would think they want a resolution that is legitimate to save at least a little face from this disaster.
