I'm curious to hear why you think they put them out early. My thought is there was so much speculation surrounding the last 8k. Maybe they did it to boost the pps and when it didn't work they put out the second filing. Just guessing.

UMS has a lot of debt to get cleaned up. Still waiting on the analysis by benji but he never posted again after this morning. Must have gotten busy. Hopefully its not him that's selling. 8\
