For the record I will automatically exclude myself from being elected so no one has any thoughts that I have a personal agenda. And that's if NTEK agrees have one our group members on the board. As a group we all would have to agree in voting someone from the group. Another idea is getting someone from the outside. This may sound funny, but how about reaching out to a Carl Icahn. We may be able to kill 2 birds with one stone. Invest and as a board member... Why not ??? He just dumped all of his Netflix shares and bought Apple. And I know he loves being involved as a board member. Plus there was several articles about him being very interested in 4K and advising Apple to do the same. Maybe work out a deal with the loan shares if the group is for it. I think a guy like Icahn will like to be involved with something as creative as this. Don't laugh... One never knows !!!
BTW .... I only use 20 million shares as an example just to give everyone the basic idea.
