This is my opinion since about one year, the FAA wanted to asphyxiate financialy the company, with the delays. They knew that this was a "legal" way to do that.

I agree that something needed to be done, this puts pressure on them, and, they need to treat Baltia fairly now, correcting all the wrong doing asap.
