I've used Jerry' Medved's product since 2002 - It used to be Medved Quotetracker which was sold to TDAM - TDAM then switched from Quotetracker to what they have now - Think or Swim - Am now using his Medved trader and it's still in beta but works just fine and he's improving it each and every day
The data I use with the program comes from TDAM- all live quotes bid/ask -- Level 2 - and raw data which shows ea individual trade/price/size and timestamped - there is no charge for the data via TDAM - maybe they charge for smaller accts so not sure if everyone get's it free

PS: AMTD treating me just fine - I have 5 diff accts with them for myself/my IRA - and G'Kids accts - they have me now down to $7 per trade all accts so I can remain an active trader which they love -
